August Business Spotlight: Sammi Williams of Sam's Word LLC

Meet Samantha Williams, Professional Consultant

December will be the 5th business anniversary for the content development firm, Sam’s Word! As a Content Strategist, owner, Samantha (Sammi) Williams, assists entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses with their writing needs. With services including editing, press release writing, PowerPoint development, copywriting, business plan creation, and writing business letters, Sammi is a necessary resource for any company. Sammi also provides training, professional development, and workshops for those seeking to improve their business development, communication, and social media skills.

COVID-19 has resulted in an expansion of services offered by Sam’s Word. Starting in June 2020, Sammi introduced social media management services and a business-to-business mentorship program. In August, Sammi created a business assistance helpline, and the Sam’s Word business coaching program will begin in September. Optimistically, Sammi is excited to see how the company evolves in the next few months, and she prepares for the eventual business growth through engaging in self-development and education. In July, Sammi completed the Academy for Small Business program through Liberty Bank. Sammi is also the current Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) at the New Haven Free Public Library.
